Meals on Wheels volunteers are a life link to the greater community for meal recipients, many of whom are unable to experience the world outside their homes.

The bright smiles and friendly greetings from the delivery volunteer are as nourishing as the meals.

You will be connected with your local Meals on Wheels provider in Ramsey County.
Meal Delivery​

As a volunteer driver, you can deliver meals once a week, every other week, once a month, or as an on-call substitute, depending upon your interest and availability.

Delivery takes just about an hour, at lunch time, Mon. - Fri.

Go alone or with a partner

Pick up a carrier of meals at your local site and follow route directions to deliver meals to 5-10 neighbors

Training and assistance are provided
Other Volunteer Opportunities

Additional volunteers provide assistance each day packing meals for delivery, cleaning carriers after delivery, and helping with special projects.

Each of our eight member sites is located in a different area of Ramsey County and has a variety of opportunities available
